I've been using Brocott's magnet wire for the last 3 years and have found the quality excellent. They really are the best and I do not buy my wire from any other supplier. A*****

  3. Excellent for pickup winding

Posted by Angus on 10th Oct 2019

Thus product is easy to solder and I have wasted fewer winds due to failure to joint coil

  4. Best coil wire supplier in the uk

I've used Brocott for years and have built countless guitar pickups using mostly 43awg coil wire. Always high quality spools with no problems when winding pickups by hand. jonletts.com

  5. Great guitar pickup wire!!

Posted by Andy Johnson on 30th Sep 2015

I have bought this wire from Brocott to wind guitar pickups for myself and friends. I have bought 44 awg and 42 awg. The thickness of the insulation for this wire is just right to give the coils a beautiful springy lively sound. Especially when the coil is hand guided onto the bobbins. It is good stuff! I thoroughly recommend it! Good value for money as well!
