Delivery

All deliveries / dispatches are undertaken by a courier of our choice. Smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or signed for. Smaller items for international customers will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail, or Royal Mail signed for Airmail

UK Customers:

All smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail '1st Class' service, whilst larger items will be dispatched via Royal Mail 'Standard Parcels' service, or a courier of our choice. We have a 20kg weight limit for any 1 single parcel. (This does not include manufacturer dispatched items)

EU Customers: 

Maximum Gross Parcel weight of 2kg which allows for 1.6kg net weight for contents. EU dispatches are via Royal Mail 'Air Mail' service. For EU (continent) Orders exceeding 2kg shipping weight, prices start at £18.00.

Rest of the world:

Maximum Gross Parcel weight of 2kg which allows for 1.6kg net weight for contents. Rest of world dispatches are via Royal Mail 'Air Mail' service. For world wide orders exceeding 2kg, please contact us first for a shipping quote.

Dispatch is usually within 24 hours. If any items purchased are, (due to error), out of stock we will advise you by email or telephone and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, or wait until the items are back in stock.
